Aaron F. Victor, Esq. is an associate attorney based in SLG’s Tel Aviv office. Aaron’s blend of experience as both a litigator and transactional attorney provides a broad proficiency in various business and corporate related matters: how to structure a deal, what steps to take in order to best avoid the deal falling apart, and how to efficiently respond in case it does.
Aaron’s transactional experience includes representing a wide variety of corporate entities in mergers and acquisitions (from initial negotiations through due diligence periods and closings), researching and advising clients regarding matters unique to start-up companies (such as fundraising, intellectual property matters, marketing and various regulations), assisting clients with the negotiation and drafting of a range of commercial agreements, and aiding clients with their strategic planning and oversight of corporate structuring and formation.
As a litigator, Aaron has run the gauntlet to protect his clients’ interests, be it in cases involving both the prosecution and defense of breach of contract, matters involving breaches of fiduciary duties, defending clients against alleged statutory violations, protecting clients against fraud, and going to battle on behalf of clients in other complex business litigation matters.
Aaron prides himself on a focused, committed and detail-oriented approach to the law, allowing for a notable series of legal successes and victories.
Prior to joining SLG, Aaron worked as an attorney at the Law Offices of Victor & Goldman, in Brockton, Massachusetts. Prior to that, Aaron worked for the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office as a Student Prosecutor.
