Danielle Manahan is an associate in SLG’s New York Office.

Danielle graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2021 with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law.

While in law school, Danielle served as Executive Managing Editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal and Senior Managing Moderator for the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Brief.  She also served in various student organizations, including the Student Bar Association, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Board, and the Student Intellectual Property Law Association.

Danielle competed in several advocacy competitions as a law student, winning First Place in the 2019 GW Law Negotiations Competition, as well as First Place and Best Memorandum in the 2021 Spanogle International Commercial Arbitration Competition.

Prior to joining SLG, Danielle cultivated her skills in intellectual property law and corporate transactions as an intern at Boyarski Fritz, a boutique entertainment law firm serving various clients across the music industry, and The Law Office of Chun T. Wright, an intellectual property law firm serving clients in the technology and social media space. Before that, Danielle worked on intellectual property, social media, and entertainment law issues in-house as a legal intern for start-up talent agency.
